Student Advocacy Zero Hunger

I am advocating for the U.N. Sustainable Goal of Zero Hunger. My mission is to contribute to reducing hunger as much as possible and help provide food for those who are in need. I started volunteering with Hope Community Service back in September of 2022. At that time I had little to no experience working at a soup kitchen. The senior volunteers who worked at Hope Community Service helped me to understand what to do, how much food to give to the patrons, and to always ask the people if they needed any help. I truly enjoyed working at Hope Community Services because both the volunteer's and people in need were very grateful and happy that I was helping them out. Every time I served food at Hope Community Service, the people were very grateful for what I was doing for them which have me a sense of satisfaction I was achieving my goal.
