Student Teaching with no Pay

Hi My name is Jeff Baltes, I am fund raising for Jill Enerson while she is student teaching for 5 1/2 months with no pay. She is a single mom who raised 3 girls alone and is still supporting 2 who are in college. She has had limited to no support from her former husband and father of these children. Jill has also been dealing with increased living expenses which include a rent increase of $500.00 a month. Jill is committed to our community and has been an employee of the Middleton Cross Plains School District for 17 years. She has worked as a para educator for special education and currently works in the food service area. She is also actively involved at her church where she serves a weekly community dinner. Jill has gone back to school to get a degree in teaching all while working full time at MCPASD. No job is too small or too large for her to do including catering, cleaning for others. Jill never rests, I don’t know where she gets her energy.

Starting in January 2024 she will begin her student teaching for 5 1/2 months and will not be receiving any income during this time. It is undetermined if she will be able to continue her health care coverage. Jill's current monthly expenses are approximately $2,500 not including health care. Her life is about helping and serving others. Could you consider providing some financial support which will help Jill and her family for 5 months of 2024?
