STUDENTS AND FAMILIES OF GRANT SCHOOLS

Hey all, my name is Justin and I am the School Resource Officer here at Grant Public Schools. This year has been heavy as we have had multiple tragedies affect our students. As a Police Department, we wanted to help our students in these times of need.

This year we have 8 business and OUR GRANT POLICE DEPARTMENT who have come together to help in times of need. Each business has graciously accepted the challenge to decorate a Christmas Tree however they want. From now till December 7th you can go into these businesses and either donate to the "present box" or silent auction for the chance to take home the tree. The businesses that are helping out are

So the Question is WHY? In time of need we tend to lean on the community for help. We wanted to be able to create a fund "RAISED BY YOU" that in time of need we can offer our students and family whatever is needed in that time. Just the little help we can do makes a world of difference.

On December 9th the Christmas trees will be transported to the Grant Community Center from 12-3 for your final chance to bid on the trees or just help donate. The highest bidder will be the proud new owner of the Christmas tree. The business with most money in the present box will win the Christmas Trophy.

Grant Police will be decorating a tree as well. As many of you know, we don't like to lose in competition. We have started a go fund me page to help people who want to donate to this cause. There are several ways to donate:

Dropping checks/money at the Police Department

Sending money to the Police Department

Go to each business and vote for their Tree

Bid on the Christmas tree.

Our Goal just at the Police Dept is to raise at least $5,000. I would love to see a couple extra 0's but anything is everything. Please share this as much as possible. If we can make a difference in a child's life then we are doing something. We can't thank you enough for your help and support.
