Woodland Cemetery Electrical Restoration Fund
Tax deductible
Want to join me in making a difference? Woodland Cemetery is one of the oldest African American cemeteries in the Richmond tri-cities area. Woodland Restoration Foundation, is requesting your help in the restoration of the Chapel housed in this beautiful cemetery. Over the years the cemetery was desecrated and neglected until the foundation purchased it. One of our goals is to restore the Chapel to its original glory but we need your help. The chapel needs total electrical rewiring. The bathroom needs to be updated, the flooring needs to be installed and drywall needs to be completed.
With your help, Woodland Restoration Foundation can move forward with our ultimate goal of making Woodland Cemetery a historical landmark with the chapel converted into an educational center highlighting the contributions of the African Americans in the Tri-Cities area.
