Fiona "Kitty" Carroll was  the beautiful sister of Maura Spence Carroll, the current Miss Fort Bend Outstanding Teen.  Having just celebrated her 5th birthday, Kitty was finally old enough to join the program.  However, Kitty was welcomed into the arms of the Lord on April 22nd.  We would like to honor her memory by providing a scholarship to a teen contestant.  All funds received will be donate to the Miss Texas Outstanding Teen Program.  A scholarship will be given in honor of Kitty and her family.  Thank you for helping to honor the memory of this beautiful child.
