Sudanese Asylum Seeker in the UK customs charges!

Hi everyone! I am raising some money on behalf of a young man from Sudan who has recently arrived in the UK. His friends have sent his belongings from France but they are stuck in customs! He is being charged £330 before he can receive it. He’s managed to gather half the money but we need the rest within 7 days or they will be sent back! Any help will be greatly appreciated.
