Sudden death of son, help with funeral costs
Donation protected
My name is Debbie, I am a single mum who had to put my youngest son into Social Care last year because of his severe Autism and high anxiety.
My eldest son Michael Allan Hynd-Grogan continued to live with me after his brothers departure.
In September this year, Michael was ill for 5 days, on the 4th day he was diagnosed with Leukaemia and he died 15 hours after that diagnosis.
All of the doctors were extremely shocked that it was cancer because it did not follow the normal rules of a Cancer diagnosis.
I am beyond heartbroken and had no idea that I would be organising a funeral for my 20 year old son.
The DWP has paid most of the cost but I am left with a £2100 bill for the remaining funeral costs and I would also like a plaque to go on his grave instead of a headstone, in honour of the son I called My Little Angel since the day he was born.
Any contributions to help in this most devastating of times would be gratefully received.
