In Memory of Sam Kaufman; supporting Anne Kaufman

Firstly, we would like to take a moment to appreciate those who have taken the time to reach out and support Anne in this devastating tragedy. Your generosity in honoring the memory of Sam is amicable. With all the emotional pain and stress that a death brings, it also brings financial burdens. We are trying to raise money for Anne to help with any costs she will incur and to help wherever needed, making this shocking loss a little bit easier for the family.

On April 14th, Sam Kaufman passed away tragically without warning. If there can be one word to describe Sam, it would be irreplaceable. Frankly, no one could possibly have mimicked his zeal for life and brightness. With a grin that stretched across his gentle face continuously, he filled every room he’d ever walked into with laughter and happiness. He was an encyclopedia of knowledge and possessed a glowing personality, recognizable from miles away. Anyone lucky enough to hear one of his beautiful stories about growing up and simply living life unequivocally became a better person by doing so.

In addition to his cheer, Sam was truly the epitome of selfless. Rather than think about himself, he spent every ounce of his short time on this planet to ensure that those less fortunate were equally overjoyed with life as he.

It is truly unfathomable that such a radiant, bubbly, and gentle soul was taken away from this world in an instant. A truly good man who was a ray of light in this world, he made all those lucky enough to know him better. That included the dynamic duo he made with his wife and partner, Anne.

Sam and Anne Kaufman were inseparable. They spent so much time together, making each other laugh, and uniting in moments that Anne will now cherish forever. A couple who both shared a love for helping others. It is impossible to list everyone they personally extended a hand to in times of need, which is one of the many reasons why we must do the same for Anne during this time.

We are truly heartbroken for the family and the difficult journey they now face. During this tragic season, so many wonderful people have asked what you can do to help.
