Sue Aldene’s House Fire

Hi, my name is Laurie and this past Monday one of my best friends Sue called me…through her sobbing and cracking voice she told me her house had caught fire and it was gone. All gone. On top of this and most heartbreakingly, listening carefully because her sobs made my heart stop. My heart moved to my throat and I became sick to stomach. I dreaded what was next, holding back my own tears trying to focus on her words. She was able to finally put the words together and said, “The dogs are all gone!” Her 3 beloved Beagles were gone. Dash, Spark & Fireball. These dogs were her family and entire world. Sue has been part of the greater dog community through conformation, performance events and recently hunting. I’m asking for donations to help Sue as she puts the pieces of her heart and life back together.
