Sue Armstrong

Greetings! My name is Morgan, and this fundraiser is for my bestie and pretty much everyone's favorite jewelry and cookie lady, Sue Armstrong.

I don't have enough character spaces on here to share what Sue means to me, and to many others. I couldn't begin to tell you all she has done for me, let alone the countless ways she has served so many. She is like the jack of all trades and master of them all! I could come up with the most random thing I need, and before I know it, Sue has taken care of it. That's without me asking! It's just who she is. Her heart is for serving others, making others smile, relieving others worries, to help bring them peace and joy. What makes this all so much more amazing is that Sue is a full-time caretaker for her husband Robert and runs her own business. I am telling you, the woman is Wonder Woman enhanced!

Recently, Sue was diagnosed with a severe heart condition that requires some further testing and possible surgery. Since her husband is disabled, and she is self-employed, she does not have health insurance, nor does she qualify for any state help. If anyone deserves to receive state help for health insurance, it's Sue. However, the state doesn't see it that way.

There have been several people who have reached out asking how they can help. I wanted to create the opportunity for people to be able to do that because Sue would be the first in line to help me or anyone else who needed it. It's time people help her and allow her to be the recipient of the same love she shows others.

While Sue has and currently is still looking at other avenues of assistance, we cannot sit and wait for the answers. These tests need to be done as soon as possible. I am asking you for your help. Please know that though Sue has allowed me to do this, she did not ask me to. Sue is my right hand, by bestie, my sounding board. She has stood by my side in the most difficult times of my life; unexpected divorce, cancer diagnosis, financial struggles, and most recently, the sudden passing of my brother. She has also been with me to celebrate all the wonderful things, such as the births of grandchildren, buying a house and standing next to me as I married my husband.
