Sue Heminger

We have started this fundraiser on behalf of our sister, Sue, who recently was diagnosed with breast cancer. Sue is a one-of-a-kind person with the biggest heart! If you know Sue, then you know she always puts others before herself and goes out of her way to help those in need. One of the hardest-working people you will ever meet and loves those around her even harder. While Sue has always joyfully and wholeheartedly helped others, it is our time to now support her.

As many of you may know, unfortunately this is not Sue's first battle with cancer. She fought and beat appendiceal cancer after being diagnosed in 2014 . Sadly, after a routine mammogram, Sue was diagnosed with cancer again this past April. This time she will be fighting breast cancer. Sue will have surgery, followed by chemotherapy and radiation. Because of the type of breast cancer she was diagnosed with, the treatments will last for over a year. As you can imagine, a cancer diagnosis can be devastating, both emotionally and financially. The length and time of the treatments will place a significant burden on her finances.

That is why we are reaching out to you through this fundraiser. Your donation will help raise the funds that Sue needs to cover medical bills and other expenses while she fights this disease. Every donation, no matter how small will make a difference and be greatly appreciated. Your donation will not only help Sue with her ongoing medical expenses but will also provide her with the emotional support she needs during this difficult time.
