I am one of the founders of Resisting Hate and we are raising money to help our associate Mike Stuchbery sue Stephen Yaxley-Lennon (AKA Tommy Robinson) with the intention of suing Lennon for his harassing and intimidating behaviour toward Mike and his family.
The funds raised for this purpose will be passed by myself (with full public transparency and supporting evidence) to the legal firm dealing with Mike's case. Eve Solicitors, York House, 249 Manningham Lane, Bradford, BD8 7ER. The funds will be transferred Jan 2020.
The notorious criminal and thug who founded the racist English Defence League (EDL) has been allowed to intimidate the good citizens of this country for far too long.
Lennon has made a career of hounding and harassing anybody who dares to oppose his far right and Islamophobic hate narrative. He prefers to intimidate and harass those who he thinks are the least able to defend themselves from his aggressively confrontational attacks.
We have linked to the other cases of individuals who Lennon has abused and attacked here .
On the 5 March 2019, Lennon and his thug entourage decided to target the home of freelance journalist and historian Mike Stuchbery. Mike's alleged offending behaviour (according to Lennon) was his online support of a bullied Syrian refugee schoolboy who is involved in an ongoing court case to sue Lennon for defamation.
So confident and brazen in his criminality was Lennon that he himself filmed and broadcast his repeated assault on the Stuchbery home . Mike and his family were subjected to personal verbal attacks on the night of the 5th March and morning of 6 March 2019 and Lennon subsequently posted Mike’s home address to his large social media base, thereby encouraging others to intimidate the Stuchbery family. What ensued was a campaign of insidious abuse toward Mike by known associates of Lennon.
A video of the visit to Mike's house on 5 March can be viewed here.

This tactic of silencing opposition by intimidation is not new to Lennon, Lennon has engaged in the doxing and harassment of his opponents since at least 2013 to our knowledge. So intense was the fallout from this latest incident of harassment that Mike and his family have been forced to leave the UK to start a new life in Germany. It is only now they live abroad that the Stuchbery family feel safe enough to pursue legal action against Lennon for the criminality of his attack.
Mikes full account of the incident can be read here .
Lennon's behaviour constitutes assault and harassment under English law. We intend to raise funds so that the full weight of English law will be levied against this hate criminal. We intend to document, pursue and fund legal action to make Lennon and his gang members pay for each and every illegal action they commit.
To this end we ask anyone who believes they have a legitimate case to sue Lennon to come forward. Please contact Resisting Hate and we will put you in touch with legal teams who will be able to assist you.
