suffering and pain

My name is Maribel Aguilar, I speak to you by means of this platform to ask for help suffer from severe problems of the back which prevent me from taking a worthy life have had you change treatments including a surgery which me have not worked in the most minimal the pains and sufferings every day are untenable and unbearable having to be practically medicated almost the whole day me to be able to raise so at least and go to a doctor my big hope is this new surgery programmed for very quickly but I have to pay 20 % and unfortunately I do not possess this economic level that could do it without your help kind persons and of good heart that they can do it to themselves cooperating with less lucky persons and in situations as mine today I ask him a bit of help to be able to complete my surgical process and this way have the happiness with its help,medicine and god by returning to be the same person I have always been independent I thank you in advance for help and may God our Lord bless you always, Thank you
