Helping My Grandson Andres

Hello everyone , I am doing this fundraiser to help my daugher Jazmine and my Grandson Andres.  My grandson who is 11 years old was recently Diagnosed with Osteosarcoma. For those of you who are not familiar with this let me give you a little info.
Osteosarcoma: A cancer of the bone that is most common in adolescents and young adults. Treatment involves surgery, usually followed by chemotherapy or radiation. The site of the tumor is the most important prognostic factor, because it determines whether the tumor can be surgically removed. Also known as osteogenic sarcoma.
Until just a few months ago my grandson was just another kid , enjoying being a young boy and growing. Once he received this Diagnosis my daughter was informed that they would have to put him through chemo for at least a year and they are going to need to amputate part of his leg and foot.  This has been heartbreaking for everyone and the challenges that lie ahead are still to come .  We continue to search for alternative treatments and pray we find one that doesnt require amputation, yet we need to plan for this as they plan to amputate in May due to the fact the tumor is on his fibula and they dont want it to spread through his body. Apparently this is an aggressive form of cancer.
With that said My daughter is a single mother of 3. If that isnt challenging enough she has had to miss work to get get Andre to the appts, get him some special equipment / bed and other medical items. All while having to move out of the home she has been living in for the last 8 years.
Andres is the perfect name for this boy as he is a big boy , he looks like a grown man but he is still a child.  And the hardest thing for a mother is to see her child hurting.
With all of the medical expenses,travel expeses.  keeping the normal household bills paid and feeding the family has already become a bit of a challenge.  Many of us have helped where we could but now i am reaching out to you.  I have so many friends and family that are so supportive and my biker family all come together in times of need . I invite each of you to rally around this need and whatever you can spare I encourage you to share it.  And my final request is that you keep them in your prayers  as this is going to be a very long road.
