Suing Congress for Conflict of Interest Violations.

Reset America vs. the DNC, RNC and existing members of Congress.

Please help me sue the two parties and Congress for blatant violations of conflict of interest against the American People.

The foundation of our constitution is built on the balance of power and prohibiting conflicts of interest. Yet the laws that affect Congress are written and passed by the members of Congress themselves. This is literally the greatest conflict of interest in the history of mankind.

This not only includes election laws, but all laws including those that exempt themselves from workplace violations and personal crimes, such as sexual harassment, insider trading and fraud. I would be headed to prison for life, if I committed just a fraction of the crimes that Congress violates each day.

There’s only one way they can achieve a 95% re-election rate with a horrible 10% approval rating and that is to eliminate all competition.

Most disgusting are the blatantly unfair election laws that are purposely meant to prevent 3rd parties from having any success whatsoever. They deliberately create massive roadblocks to ensure that they are re-elected despite being incredibly unpopular with voters. Politicians are terrified that voters are taking 3rd parties more seriously and are making it even harder for them to compete.

But the violations of conflict of interest don't stop there. If I were elected to Congress, then I would not be part of the two-party system. I would most certainly be denied the same rights and opportunities as representatives from the Democratic and Republican parties – and neither party would allow me to compete fairly in the political process.

Since I would be representing the American People, and not the interests of the two parties, I would demand to be appointed to every committee. Otherwise, my constituents would not be represented. When this case eventually goes to the Supreme Court, the justices on “each side” would have no grounds for upholding this these blatant conflicts of interest.

Our Founding Fathers were adamant that our government should not have parties (at the time called ‘factions’.) Everything in the constitution is based on this core belief.

Therefore, allowing the 2 parties to pass their own laws, especially election laws, is utterly unconstitutional. Whether you are a strict constitutionalist or not, you must agree that the law is on our side.

Politicians are always talking about how competition is good for everyone. Then why do they prevent it for themselves? Simple… they are not looking out for the American People. They want to guarantee that they are re-elected despite being hated by voters.

Please contribute to Reset America to bring this lawsuit against the two parties and Congress and expose this hypocrisy. It will be interesting to see how “each side” interprets the constitution in their own way to justify their agendas.
