Traveling to eSwatini to build this playground

In the African country of eSwatini, formerly known as Swaziland, about 80 children attend the Madabukeni Care Point (pictured below).  Here they’re provided meals, an education and other needs. Impact Church, the church that I and my family have called home for over 14 years, has sponsored this care point for the last several years by providing basic needs like food, educational materials, shoes to play soccer in, and a clean water supply. This year, we’re going to provide another basic need: a bright, colorful play structure for the children to feel loved, valued and expel some energy on! As you can see in the drone picture from last year, there’s not much there. (The white tent was erected during Impact’s visit and is not a permanent structure.)  They play very basic games outside as there’s not much to enjoy other than a soccer ball or two and each other’s company.

Our church body has already raised the funds to purchase the refurbished playground, shipment of the structure and all the tools/equipment needed. However, a team of 12-14 people is needed to assemble and install the playground and I need your help to get there!

I’m seeking approximately $3,200 which will help pay for my travel, security, transportation, shots/medications, food, and other necessities. (This number is approximate as tickets have not yet been purchased.)
