Support Sullivan Lockhart
Donation protected
On Tuesday July 18, the Lockhart’s world turned upside down. Their 11 year old son Sullivan had been complaining of double vision for a few days, and after seeing a number of medical professionals, a brain tumour was discovered.
Following many tests and procedures at BC Children’s Hospital in Vancouver, on Friday July 28, Sullivan was diagnosed with Germinoma (a cancerous brain tumour).
Sullivan is about to embark on a 6 month journey of chemotherapy and radiation, staying at Ronald McDonald House in Vancouver with his mom Andrea.
Sullivan’s dad Darren will continue to work and provide for his family while multiple grandparents step in to help care for Sullivan’s sister Lucy and brother Miles.
If you feel inclined to help this family in a critical time of need, please consider donating financially to assist with costs for:
- Medication that is not covered under MSP
- Commuting back and forth from Armstrong to Vancouver for Darren, Lucy and Miles
- Lost wages in the time needed to support Sullivan at the hospital
- Additional gas and food expenses
We are hopeful that this treatment has proven successful. Please pray with us that it would exceed expectations, that Sullivan’s body would respond favourably, that Lucy and Miles will adjust with ease to the change in lifestyle for the next while, that Darren and Andrea would be filled with strength and peace for this season, and that we would see miraculous healing.
Thank you for those that are able to help financially in this time ❤️
