Sumas flooding destroyed daughters car

The town of Sumas was hit hard recently and my daughter who is now housing and helping many in her community has also bee hit hard by the flooding. her car was totaled and needs to work and be able to take transport her 3 children with a safe vehicle. The water level was up to the red line inside the car and insurance will not assist here. anything you can do to help is greatly appreciated!
