As a kid, children were often asked the question, "What do you want to be when you grow up?" Many of the answers include: a princess, a doctor, astronaut, or a lawyer, perhaps. For me, my answer was, well, a princess. However, now that I'm older, I understand that fairy tales are not how life works.
My name is Anna. I am fourteen years old. I have always wanted to pursue the field of medicine and I believe that this program will help me get there. My parents are divorced. I don't get to see my mom very often because she lives in another state and doesn't have much money. I live with my dad and older sister. I got this opportunity from my Biomedical Science teacher and I feel this program will A) look amazing on a resume, and B) it would be a surreal experience for me. There is just one problem: money. It has been a very difficult 2019. For this program, I know that with my family's financial situation, I wouldn't be able to attend unless I came up with money. It is a $3,945 total tuition paying for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It also pays for living expenses. The trip is to John Hopkins University in Maryland, and will last two weeks time. I need the $3,945 by June 22, 2020. I have to enroll by February 14, 2020 with a down payment of $500. can't express how grateful I would be if someone donated and helped me out. I appreciate you for already taking the time just to read this, and I would be beyond grateful if you donated. Thank you for your time! Hey
