Sunflowers of Support for Ashlee

My name is Amber, I have the honor of calling Ashlee my sister! As many of you know Ashlee has been on an on going health journey that has been long and tumultuous. From a diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis at the young age of 22 to a continuous and seemingly never ending diagnosis of other conditions such as PCOS, endometriosis, fibromyalgia, & Ménière’s disease, just to name a few. Although these illnesses don’t seem to stop my extremely brave and strong sister they have unfortunately taken it’s toll on an monetary savings for medical expenses of an upcoming and vital surgery that is needed to improve my sisters quality of life.

My sister and I are always the last people to ask for help. We are willing to give the shirt off our backs to anyone and ask for nothing in return. We believe that doing good in the world is vital to making the world a better place. As prideful as I know she is I do know she really could use the extra help for upcoming medical expenses so I decided to make this go fund me for her.

My sister has been experiencing extreme discomfort for a very long time. The pain has become so unbearable that my sister has had to find a Dr. willing to help her, the good thing is she found someone who is actually able to! The bad part is they are in another state which makes money very tight for Ash & the family.

This Dr. is a professional in the field that Ashlee is struggling with. She’s the best in the world for Ashlee’s specific condition but we need your support to help Ashlee get there, & any extra help for other expenses that are involved with this situation such as travel, food, boarding, etc. That’s where I’m hoping we can all come together! We are asking for a minimum donation of a bouquet of Sunflowers instead of getting my sister “Get Well Soon” flowers like everyone in a hard situation we are asking that goes towards this Support Fund. We have always loved and admired the brightness and warmth sunflowers bring and let’s be real it’s so hard to ask for money which is why we will refer to them as Bushels of Hope because that’s what it is. The funds are hope for a better future for my sister where she can play with her children, laugh with her friends, take the vacations, and live a comfortable and pain free life. Each and every penny will go towards ensuring Ashlee can get this procedure done to finally get the much needed peace she needs to get through her already tumultuous journey.
