Sunny's New Start After Devastating Fire

Donation protected
Our girl Sunny lost everything today when the fires burned her home in Altadena. She was able to evacuate, escaping with just her two cats and a backpack of essentials. Let's raise some funds to get her everything she needs to start over in the wake of such a horrible loss. Sunny is such a beloved human who radiates kindness and love to everyone that knows her. If donating funds is not possible for you right now, please consider sharing this link so that everyone who knows and loves her has a chance to help out.

The tragedy and shock of what was lost is overwhelming. Sunny is a sentimental person who rightly has a strong attachment to her personal items, which she has carried with her for her entire life, from her childhood home near the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, to Milwaukee where she spent many years before moving to Los Angeles. Memories, photos, clothing, her life's work as an artist including all of her cameras, computer, and the entire setup of her tintype equipment including rare old cameras, chemistry, and darkroom equipment for her growing practice in this medium. All of it was lost in the fire. Many of these things are irreplaceable, but before she can begin to process what has happened, she needs a new place to call home and to be able to acquire the necessary things to be able to work again. I hope we can go big for her.

Thank you for your support of our beautiful friend!
