Sunnyside Cemetery Eagle Project, Lannon WI

Hello, my name is John Aebly. I am 17 years old, and I have been a scout since I was in 1st grade. I am a Life Scout in Troop 321 out of St. Paul’s Church in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. I am working on my community service project to help me achieve the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest rank in Boy scouts. An Eagle Scout project consists of all the elements of project management-planning, designing, fundraising and implementing.

Boy Scouts has given me so much so with my project I am hoping to give back to my community. I am working with the Board of Directors at Sunnyside Cemetery in Lannon Wisconsin, to improve the landscaping, build wooden benches and clean up the Veterans Memorial on the grounds. This project is designed to provide a peaceful and relaxing environment for families visiting their loved ones.
