Sunshine and smiles - Leeds Down syndrome network

Che will be joining his two best mates Noah and Otis on their hike up Pen Y Ghent on the 25th of May.

They will be raising money for the charity Sunshine & Smiles which is a support network for families in Leeds with a child or young person with Down Syndrome.
