Super Soph's Journey

As a lot of you already know, our niece Sophie Rae is our amazing *almost* 4 year old mystery girl. She is the strongest little girl we know having gone through more in the past 3 years than most go through in a lifetime. Sophie has many diagnoses, making her medically complex, but her overall diagnosis is still a mystery. Her parents (Ally and Ethan) are currently applying to the undiagnosed disease network, a study by the National Institutes of Health, to hopefully get some answers as to why Sophie is Sophie. If Sophie is accepted into this program, the family will be traveling to Maryland for additional testing. Ally and Ethan are determined to provide Sophie with every opportunity to help her live her best life, but as you can imagine, this can quickly get expensive. Sophie has benefitted the most from Hippotherapy and intensive physical therapy programs, both of which are not covered by insurance. We are calling upon our friends and family (and potentially strangers inspired by Soph's story) to assist with the financial burden of these persistent therapies.
