Stephen Polakowski Recovery Fund

On September 27, 2015, Stephen Polakowski suffered injuries as a passenger in a motor vehicle accident and was life-flighted to Metro Health Trauma Center. He endured a six hour surgery to repair damage to his cervical spine.  He is currently in critical condition in the ICU and is paralyzed from the shoulders down.  The family thanks everyone who has reached out with prayers and concern. Because this will be a long journey toward recovery, this fund will help Stephen with living and medical expenses while he undergoes therapy. Stephen is self-employed and will need significant amounts of support. Stephen and his family are truly grateful for any amount that you can contribute!
