Update 03/25: MaryJane’s last day of treatment should be 04/10. At this time she is not working.

Update 03/03: MaryJane started her chemo/radiation treatment 02/18. Due to the treatment she’s been super exhausted along with other symptoms. At this time she does not have FMLA due to using the time from surgery last year. Her job is NOT understanding at all and is not approving any of her time for her radiation treatments. UPDATE 02/03: MaryJane underwent surgery on 01/24 and will start chemotherapy AND radiation on 02/12. Treatment will occur Monday through Friday. Consequently, she will miss a significant amount of work. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. If you are unable to donate please share and keep her in your prayers.

UPDATE 01/07/2025: Maryjane had a Pet scan done 01/02, her ENT MD called her 01/03 and told her that two spots “light up” on her scan and scheduled her a biopsy to be done today. We are pending biopsy results but MaryJane will be having surgery 01/24 to remove tissue from her tongue and the lymph node from her neck. She will have to take time off of work and we will need your help any and everything is appreciated. UPDATE 08/02: MaryJane had her surgery 08/01, please pray for a speedy recovery with that being said she will be out of work for some time causing a financial burden. Nothing is too small, anything is appreciated. We are so grateful for everyone's help and prayers along the way. We couldn't do it with out you. UPDATE 07/24: we have 8 days until the surgery. We hope & pray that surgery will remove all of the cancer & she won't need radiation/chemo. We had a benefit 07/20 and had a good turnout. Most of what was made from that will go to the surgery. My mom has to stay in the hospital for about a week after surgery for recovery. She's going to be out of work and will have a huge hospital bill. ANYTHING is appreciated. We may have to have another benefit so stay tuned. On June 21, 2024 our Mother was diagnosed with Oral Cancer. It's not something you would ever think would ever happen to you, until it does. It has not even been a full week of her diagnoses and we are already having trouble coming up with funds for imaging cost, visit cost - ect. She will also need surgery and who knows how long she will be fighting this fight. Anything and everything is appreciated.
