Dear friends, family, and compassionate hearts,

We have created this page for a dear friend and carer, a 47-year-old widow and devoted mother of two wonderful teenagers who has been close to our family all our life. She has looked after us from a young age, and has spent the past few years performing full time care for our family. 'Sylvia' (from which we will refer to her to protect her privacy at this challenging time) has recently been diagnosed with terminal cancer, plunging her and her family into a terribly difficulty, uncertainty, and pain. We are calling for help to be able to support Sylvia, and we have the power to make a significant impact on their lives during this difficult time.

Sylvia's life has been marked by resilience and strength. Widowed at a young age, she faced the challenges of single parenthood with unwavering determination, providing her children with love, support, and a sense of stability. Tragically, she now finds herself confronting a new and formidable adversary.

Sylvia is not only battling for her life but also striving to ensure her children's well-being in the absence of their father.
