Support A Chicago Golfer's PGA Tour Dream

Ever since the first day my father put a club in my hand I knew golf was going to play a special role in my life. Growing up on the West-side of Chicago it is quite unheard of to play or be exposed to golf. I feel it is important to explain my passion for the game and long term goal. The more and more I have improved and grown through the game of golf, the more I have realized how impactful the game can be on not only an individual but a community. It is my lifelong dream to play golf on the PGA Tour and be able to give back to the community that raised me. I’ve been blessed to have been introduced to this game and I never take that for granted. I know that one day I want to be able to give back and impact the lives of many from Chicago who don't realize the impact golf can have on them, not only professionally but also personally. Golf has forever changed my life. It has taken me to places I would have never been and introduced me to people I would've never met. This game is truly a blessing and I have a true passion for it. I thank you in advance for your consideration and overall interest in helping me continue my journey. I just want you to know it is an absolute promise from me that if I ever get the chance to impact a kid's life and give him this kind of opportunity I will absolutely do so.
I just moved to Sarasota, Florida in 2024 and to compete on various mini tours including the West Florida Golf Tour. I will also be doing Q School for PGA Tour Americas as well as Monday qualifiers for the Korn Ferry Tour. I will also be doing Q School for PGA Tour Americas as well as Monday qualifiers for the Korn Ferry Tour. Q School is a 4 day qualifying tournament that takes place where players compete for an opportunity to earn a playing membership giving them the opportunity to play full time on the tour for the upcoming season. Ideally, I would like to be competing every week with intermediate breaks to refresh my body and mind. I believe that the best way to get better in a tournament setting is through consistent competition. There are various levels when starting out on mini tours. Many of the developmental tours are 1, 2, or 3 day events with varying payouts and entry fees. The financial side of professional golf is one of the biggest burdens for anyone pursuing a career playing professional golf. I currently still work various jobs in the golf industry including caddying in order to afford to keep my dream alive. Many of the people I compete against have partial or full sponsorship that ease that financial burden for them allowing them to practice and play full time. The opportunity to play and practice more is paramount in giving me the best opportunity to prepare for the season and tournaments to get myself to the next level. Entry fees for these various tournaments are where the expenses stack up and become very expensive, as they vary from $200 - $1,000 based on the tour, winner payout and total days of the event. The entry fee for Q School in early 2025 is roughly $2,250.
All donations big or small are greatly appreciated.
Whether or not the total goal is met or not, every dollar raised will be used to fund my golf career and the expenses it requires. Everything helps and will be that much more helpful in keeping me on the course practicing and playing longer to prepare myself for tournaments year round.
