Support a Diabetic Mother in Need of a Kidney Transplant

I am a diabetic type 1 since I was 3 years old. I am now 36. I have a 14-year-old son. As a result of my diabetes, I have Chronic Kidney Disease. I was diagnosed 1 year ago and I was at stage 3 kidney failure. When I went to the doctor 4 months ago, I had progressed to stage 4. There are 5 stages. At end stage 5 is when I'll have to go on dialysis. If I don't, I will die. And this is also the stage where I'll need to have a kidney transplant. The transplants are very expensive and I can't afford it. If I want to go to the best doctors, I have to pay out of pocket. So I'm asking for help. Anything will help get to my goal. Please!!
