Support Wescott's Mission Trip to Guatemala - Save Lives!
Donation protected
Our family of four decided to take a leap of faith and go to Guatemala May 31st with the God's Child Project. We are building a home for a family in need that only costs $3,000 to build. We are also hoping to furnish the house with a stove, water filters and bunkbeds. At the end of the week, we help with things like the vegetable distribution center.
If we meet those needs, we would also like to bless the family by spending $50 on each person in the family for their own wardrobe needs. Since there are 6 of them, they will each be able to choose clothing items of their own that they need the most. Then $75 on any personal hygiene items that the family needs including hair brushes and accessories, soap, shampoo, toiletry items, etc. Lastly, spend $125 on groceries that will provide them with weeks of food.
With extra funds raised, we can also donate to things like the child malnutrition center for formula, diapers, medicine, dental care, school supplies etc. We also have time reserved for volunteering there playing with, feeding, and holding the babies.
This should be a life-changing experience for all!
Thanks for considering becoming a part of our mission. We have already paid for our airfare, passports, and the initial house build. We are just offering the opportunity to others to make a difference by helping us donate towards the other things mentioned above.
Thanks,
The Wescott Family - Lucas, Angie, Dani, and Jackie
