My name is Dalton Hayes I’m 28 years old I have a nine year old daughter who I am trying to get visitation to. Most people know me but if you don’t I have been gone for ten years in prison for crimes committed out of nothing but love and me and that woman went on a crime spree and ended up getting caught and she was pregnant and we both went to jail the next time I seen her I was doing a DNA test at the Breckenridge county court house and it turned out that the baby is mine, I have not ever had the chance to hold my daughter I have never had the chance to tell my precious daughter I love her I have never had the chance to change a diper see her take her first steps I’ve never had the chance to hear her say daddy. I just want to see my baby and kiss her and love her and tell her that she is my whole world. For ten years I have done nothing but lay my head on my bed and fall asleep thinking about how gorgeous my daughter is and when I will be able to hold and put my daughter to sleep. I woke up every morning for ten years and the first person I thought about was Caitlin my daughter she is my world. I just want to be able to see and hug and kiss my daughter and shower her with gifts. I am asking for help with getting a good laywer for me and my daughter paternity has done been established and she is my BABYGIRL.
