Support a Friend Struggling with Bills

A friend of mine who wishes to remain anonymous can't pay their bills, and they're hoping they can get some help to get them by for a while.

This is extremely vague and I'm hoping people who know me know that I only do this for people who really need it. So if you can help, please help.
