Support a Loving Daughter in Time of URGENT Need

I am JoAnne Jones-Andrews, daughter of Joseph Franklin Jones Sr and Betty Anne Brown-Jones. Those of you who know me already are aware that my mom passed in 2020, and my daddy just passed in May of this year, 2024. Those of you who know my parents KNOW how private they were (especially daddy), and although I've allowed 4 months to go by trying with all of my might to handle his affairs because he would never want ANYONE outside of our immediate family to be "in his business", I've encountered RED ALERT CONDITIONS and now as an absolute LAST RESORT, I HAVE TO LET PEOPLE KNOW HIS BUSINESS, because he didn't handle his business in the manner we expected. My father did not have active life insurance or a recent will. As a result, there is a huge mess that must be handled. His body is still in the mortuary at the funeral home. I now need funds to not only finally have him cremated ($3900), I also need to jump in and handle paying the monthly mortgage on the family home, and I also need to anty up a retainer fee for a probate attorney ($3500) so that an actual estate can be opened up. YES, I have siblings, however one is estranged and unreachable, and the other is trepidatious about being the executor. Everything is now heaped upon MY shoulders to save the home from foreclosure, handle the estate and handle what needs to happen for the proper disposal of my father's body.

Further, I would like to have a service which will be a celebration of Life and Love for both of my parents, since there was no service for my Mom in 2020.

And now in a moment of complete transparency, at this point, there is just me, myself and the Great I Am handling this. Even though my parents raised me to never ask for help, that is not working out right now. I NEED HELP IF I AM GOING TO BE ABLE TO HANDLE ALL OF THIS.

Because I do not currently have a support system to make this happen, I am forced to create this GoFundMe account. I have not been successful in handling these things up until now, so I need help with handling this. Please, if you've ever had any love for my parents, help me to handle this ASAP. My father's birthday is rapidly approaching (October 23) and that means that the taxes on the home will also be due. Sadly, the home is not even inhabitable. It is a hoarder home that will require a complete overhaul. The central air and heat are not working, there is no hot water, and many things need repair. I thank you all in advance.
