Support a Survivor: Help a Family in Need

Hello here I am today a domestic violence survivor for about 10 years.This is hard to talk about and live under this for so many years.But I’m stuck and don’t know what else I can do.My Ex has physical abused me multiple time over the years.He was arrested back in 2021 for a few days. Got only misdemeanor charges. Then we tried staying together for the past few years. In the fall of 2023 He pushed me into a door frame inside the house. Broke my collarbone. Had two surgeries (first one to put a plate in and second surgery to remove the plate after 4 months) This caused me to be off from work for 6 months. As bills pile up started financially struggling to get by. Fast forward to spring of 2024 and the physical abuse was happening on a daily basis. Then this June he pinned me down with his foot on top of mine, started to choke me in the front yard.Then pulled me into the house and slammed me against the closet door choking me again. Threw me on the kitchen floor placing his knee in my ribs and choked me again.If it wasn’t for the neighbors across the street from me and hearing screaming as he pulled me by my arm to take me into the house so he could choke me and impaired my breathing. I would not still be alive today and I would not be writing this if my neighbor would have not called the police. He won’t be able to pay child support since he is in jail. Im in the process of divorce. Just want a fresh start with a different place to live since she is suffering severe PTSD even more living in the same house and simply can’t afford much with being left with debt. Any amount is appreciated very much for me and my children.I understand it’s hard for a lot of people to pay for much these days.I am very involved in my children lives. Working as much as possibly can to keep afloat. Thank you, bless you all
