Support a talented young basketball player's development

Hi, my name is Elijah. I am 13 years old, and basketball is my passion. I currently play for the London Legends and have been working really hard to build my game. Thanks to this work, I have been able to progress as a young basketball player. Highlights of this year so far are winning the National Schools championship with STAC (MVP honours) and being selected for the All-Star game at the prestigious Pangos Jr All-American Camp in the US.

Part of this development means competing at higher levels and I’m blessed to be selected to join the London Legends travel team this coming July 1st - July 8th to attend the 2024 Made Hoops West Summer Clash competition in Corona, California, USA on the Nike AAU circuit to showcase UK talent at the highest junior level.

There is very little funding support for these junior events so I am reaching out to ask for support to invest in my continuing development, to represent the rise of UK basketball and be the best I can be.

I would like to thank my family for all of the dedication and support you have given on my journey. Without you, nothing is possible. I would also like to thank my coaches and teammates at London Legends for my development on and off the court, as well as the amazing opportunities to showcase the work we do together at the highest level.

Lastly I’d like to thank the entire basketball community for the support and giving me a place where I truly belong. The journey has just begun!
