Support a Trans Disabled Parent Facing Homelessness

I am currently needing $10,000 to prevent foreclosure in December. The alternative is homelessness, so if anyone can help, I would truly and greatly appreciate it.

I am a trans disabled person with a spouse and child. I currently suffer from severe depression, severe anxiety, paranoia, ADHD, PTSD (from childhood abuse), and psoriasis so bad that I cannot stand on my feet for longer than an hour without them bleeding. I also suffer from seizures to the point I was fired from my job for it, I worked there only for about 3 months but developed the seizures while working there; this caused me to miss too much time, and they fired me, stating that I was lowering company morale.

My spouse is trying their hardest to cover our bills, but it's just not enough. I am looking into getting disability but have been rejected; I am working to appeal that while also looking for a job to help get us stable again.
