Support a veteran and his newborn son

I am creating this go fund me for my brother Michael Raymond, who is a United States Army disabled veteran. Michael’s son Luke was born on January 2nd. Luke’s due date was January 8th. Luke’s mother did not inform Michael of Luke’s birth and has kept Michael primarily in the dark during the pregnancy. Michael had a calling on his heart from God on January 4th and called the hospital at which time he found out that the mother had been discharged that day. His heart sank. He had missed the birth of his first born child. The mother does not deny that Michael is Luke’s father and is refusing to let Michael even see his son in person. She has stated that she wants Michael to prove he is the father through a DNA test and also go to court for custody. This process will be lengthy and expensive. I am asking for your support so that Michael can spend time with his son Luke as soon as possible because Luke needs Michael in his life at this critical developmental stage in his young life.
