Support Abigail with Housing & Medical Bills

My sweet childhood friend Abigail has recently suffered an injury that has resulted in a concussion, making them temporarily unable to work. In addition to being out of work right now, over the past several months, they have become deeply encumbered by financial costs from a combination of covid and post-covid hospital bills, pre-existing chronic illness, concussions and recurring concussion symptoms, inability to cover rent after unexpected changes in their living situation, and lost income due needing to take unpaid time off to recover from all of the above medical issues.

Because doctors have recommended Abigail take so much time off work, they have suffered a significant amount of lost income from their job. This has made it increasingly difficult to cover their essential costs like rent, food, gas money, and taking care of their cats. This ask is intended to cover roughly $2,000 in covid hospital bills, $1,000 in concussion medical bills, and about $7,000 in lost wages.

Abigail has shown me deep generosity and care over the many years of our friendship, and I hope to work in community with everyone reading this to support them in offering that same generosity and care right back to them. I'm grateful in times like this that our communities have spread far and wide, and that they can come back together to make sure everyone can receive what they need.
