Support Adeline's Super Mario World Dream

Hi, my name is Brandon Strode. As most of you know, my wife and I have four children. Our younger daughter was diagnosed with stage 3 WILMs tumor in May of 2022 and relapsed in March of 2023. For the last two years, she fought so hard to beat cancer and is finally in remission and is doing well. Now that she is in remission, her Make-A-Wish trip has been scheduled. Adeline's wish is to go to Super Mario World, get the power bands, and do all things Mario. Make A Wish is paying for us to go to California, but because it is at Universal and in California, she gets fewer days than if we were going to Disney World. Typically I would not ask for help with something like this but Make A Wish does not cover all the expenses necessary for us to go to California. Things like food are covered with an allowance, but the allowance only goes so far, and since our family is so large, we aren't sure if it will cover everything. It also does not cover extras while we are there. We are given one day at Universal, one for Santa Monica Pier, and one at Warner Brothers Studio Tours. It doesn't cover anything outside of those times that we may want to do, and it doesn't cover things like the power-up band experience at Super Mario World that Adeline wants to do. They also do not cover things like boarding for our dogs. We have four dogs, and boarding can be expensive for the days we are going. So we are asking for help.
