Support Adrian Powell's Cancer Battle for Recovery

This is a gofundme for my brother in love and my sister, Adrian and Amanda Powell.

This is a picture of a man with a testimony of how many miracles he can just have!! As many as he needs!!! We praise the Lord for that

Adrian had stroke like symptoms…could not stand up or use either arm nor speak.

BUT JESUS

After CT they determine he has 2 brain bleeds..and Get and MRI of his brain and rush him back to pre-op. He needed another craniotomy. BUT JESUS !!! After surgery they tell us what they found.

A blood clot in his brain and a tumor was REMOVED. BUT JESUS.

We have a long road ahead..but I know who walks with us!! Jesus!!

This is

2 Craniotomy’s

Segmental Colectomy(lead to huge hernia)

Major hernia surgery with mesh implant.

14-15 minute whole brain radiations

8-15 minute spot radiation treatments

1 year of Tafinlar & Mekinist(immunotherapy)

Which lead to heart infraction to lower so he was put on 2 new meds for his heart… which on the last heart scan it has went back up! BUT JESUS now he is on the next meds after the Tafinlar through IV from the oncologist. With MRI scans as needed.

He is currently back in the hospital after yet another set back.

Dr Babu just came and will set him up with oncology to start a chemo that will kill the tumors and zap them with radiation. This chemo will work for his brain and his body as where he has only been getting radiation for his brain.. and immunotherapy for his body. Surgery is not an option because there is several spots. I serve a a bigger God that wants these spots gone!!

This is the last treatment option we have left. Adrian is an amazing Husband to my sister. A provider for his children. The best poppop to his beautiful granddaughter. A friend to many and has served in the past as a volunteer firefighter for the Dade County community. He will possibly need to go to Knoxville for treatment and has been out of work for sometime. If he is sent to Knoxville my sister will also have to take a leave to be with him. They both have worked hard through this entire journey. I am asking for us to come together and help lighten the worry. To give my sister the ability to be by her husband's side as he has always been for her. They have always been the first to show up for anyone and the last to leave. If you can't give please share this. I pray God will bless them more than ever now. Adrian is 39 yrs old and I pray he is healed to live a full happy life and continue to be the amazing person he is to so many.
