Support Adrienne Knight!

Adrienne Knight was compelled to resign after 4 years of teaching at the Bryn Mawr School after the administration tried to silence her for speaking out about the racism she experienced at the school. 

Adrienne has worked tirelessly for the past four years to make Bryn Mawr a safer, more anti-racist place for her students without receiving any extra pay for her diversity leadership efforts. Ms. Knight always teaches her students to stand up against injustice and her resignation was an instance in which she led by example. While she is certain that she did the right thing by standing her ground against the oppressive culture of the school, she is now without an income and healthcare in the middle of a pandemic.

Over the past four years, Adrienne has given so much enthusiasm, energy, and joy to Bryn Mawr, it's only right that the community gives her something back. We are asking to raise $3,000, a small fraction of the loss she has incurred by standing up for what is right as a gift from the Bryn Mawr Community to Ms. Knight. 

Please pledge to withhold your donations from Bryn Mawr and other predominantly white institutions, and instead use those donations to support Adrienne, or her favorite charity, The Loveland Foundation.
