Support Affton Athletic Association's Flood Recovery

On July 16th, torrential rain flooded the creek behind the Affton Athletic Association. All of our fields - and both concession stands - took on serious damage. Thanks to our dedicated grounds crew and passionate volunteers we're slowing bringing everything back up to shape. But the fields lost a lot of dirt and Turface (that's the sandy material that we cover the infields with).

This has already been a trying year with all of the early season rainouts. This flood was the last thing we needed. Some have donated their time with the cleanup. Others have asked if they could help in other ways. We need a lot of dirt. And as strange as it sounds, dirt ain't cheap!
