Support after January storm loss

As a community of friends and family, we would like to support Tiffany (Sufjana) & her daughter Malaika during an overwhelming time. In the recent winter storm, she lost her father (Malaika’s grandpa) after a bad fall on the ice outside his home. On the same day, her home was flooded due to a burst frozen pipe. Tiffany and Malaika will need to replace most of their furniture, clothing, food, and Malaika’s toys and books that have been ruined due to water damage. Their home is inhabitable and they are in temporary housing while looking for a new home to rent in an ever increasingly high-cost market.

We would like to invite the community to support Tiffany with the many financial costs that will need to be covered during this time. We are thankful to have a strong community and hope we will be able to ease this difficult time.
