Support AGAPE Center's New Home Hunt

Tax deductible
Please join me in making a difference. I'm raising money to benefit The Greater Bettendorf Community Foundation; any donation will help make an impact.

After 8 years of providing food and basic necessities to families in need here in the Quad City area. The AGAPE Center needs your help in finding a new home. On April 30th, 2024 The AGAPE Center building was severely damaged by a very large Oak Tree. Due to the damage's size and scope, we can no longer operate out of our regular location. This has impacted families across the Scott County Iowa, and Rock Island County Illinois area. We usually serve up to 100 families each week giving them food to feed their households.

What I am asking for is very important to those who we serve. Help us find a new home so those who depend upon us may continue to get the help they need. We serve families with no restrictions, no questions, and no judgment. We give them a hand-up, not a handout. That is what we need today. Not a handout but a hand-up to continue our work as a community servant. Our organization is 100% volunteer-based, and as a non-profit, you can imagine that we have very little money on hand. Being 100% community-supported means we depend upon you to stay in operations.

With that said I am asking you for three things. Help us raise funds to either find a new permanent or temporary home. Or share this plea with someone you know who may be generous to help us.
