Help Agatha Beat Cancer

On july 10, 2020 we received the devastating news that our oldest daughter, Agatha had the presence of cancer cells in her blood. She was immediately admitted to the oncology floor and we were presented with what would be our new normal for the next two years and a half. Agatha was in excruciating pain the whole weekend and we were expected to make a quick decision for her treatment.
Monday 13, 2020 she was officially diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. Agatha was quickly enrolled in the St. Jude Clinical Trials, this is a more intense form of treatment from other options presented to us, with a slight possibility of being more successful than other treatments and also with endless possibilities of helping St. Jude come up with better treatment for all children battling cancer.
Agatha is receiving her treatment and her body is responding graciously. We are grateful that she has a high chance of obtaining a permanent remission yet as her treatment kills her cancerous cells, it also wipes out all other fast growing cells, leaving her with an almost non-efficient immune system in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. Any virus, the flu, or even the common cold could compromise Agathas healing process and our only source of income comes from my husband who works at the DFW airport, a high risk job.
We are a loving family of four, who value immensely our time together as a unit and we strive to fill our days with love, positivity, and gratefulness. We humbly come here to ask for financial help so that we are able to provide Agatha with the safe environment that she needs to win this battle against Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia.
