The Turkish Cultural Center owns property as a Community Center and Cultural Preservation Center which is presently a well-respected solace destination site.

There is absolutely no doubt we are ready for another level of success at our location and proud to be leveraging our progress.

Our multi-facet funding efforts are progressive and un-wavering. These efforts will now go beyond just the existing building and property we purchased a few years ago.

We are expanding the property's entire site by establishing a phase-by-phase process every step of the way.

A preliminary budget has been set and we are welcoming all those that would like to contribute to working with us to provide a place for prayer, meditation and peaceful rejoice.

This segmented fund-raising approach also gives us a chance to offer different ways of raising funds. It also gives us a chance to share our values, talent, knowledge and appreciation.

One of the new fundraising programs to start the "land developing

preliminary stage" is introducing incredible artworks and crafts.

It is important to know that anyone can simply contribute to helping us develop our property through this first phase by donating and notifying us they are donating towards the building "phase 1".

Nevertheless, this first phase we are giving a unique approach to exposing to the world our culture in branding quality Turkish products, Ahiska Turkish Cultural craftsmen styles and more; All of which will contribute to the preservation of Ahiska Turkey's cultural heritage and Community growth / development.

The Challenges we face as a group are far and wide but we are finding ways to help one another.

Ultimately, by valuing and investing in the work of these Artisans, one can play a crucial role in ensuring that these traditional arts and crafts continue to thrive for generations to come.

Our vision to give a voice to our skilled Ahiska-Turkish people is a start to just some of the goals we have for the Center. We will expand to help the unknown talented partners working with us because they may never have a chance to introduce their works to households and business markets throughout.

Pre-Design Services: Coordinate with the City of Kent to verify code requirements and zoning restrictions. Schedule a Pre-Submittal conference with the city.

Permit Documentation: Develop building permit documents based on approved schematic design and city guidelines. Coordinate with and manage all consultants. Provide all submittal applications and documents for permit review.

Construction Documentation: The SWW will provide construction level documents with selected details and material callouts and issue a Construction Set of documents (CDs). This will also serve as the final pricing set.
