Hi, my name is ZAID ABDEL RAHMAN and I currently reside in the United States. I have taken it upon myself to actively raise awareness about the challenges that my friend AHMAD DABOUS , thats his story during Gaza War .

Hello, my name is Ahmed Dabous. I was born and live in the Gaza Strip and I am now 32 years old. I hope that you, my brothers and sisters, will help me and my family collect donations, even if they are small. We are here in Gaza, and for 284 days we have not seen the light. I was injured on February 19. In the past, my wife and I miraculously survived death, and we hope to find the minimum necessities of life that will keep us alive in light of this continuous bombing and destruction.

We lost our home in northern Gaza. Here I live with my wife and children. I am the father of two beautiful children, Awad, who is five, and Youssef is three years old, and my mother and sister, I have always wanted a peaceful and good life for my family. However, when the last war began, everything changed for the worse. For the past six months, we have been fighting every day to survive. The war caused me to lose my job, and our situation became very difficult.

Our house was destroyed in the war. It burned down, we lost almost everything we had, and since then, we have had to move from one temporary shelter to another in search of basic things like food and clean water. We have also lost our sense of security. We are now trying to rebuild our lives and provide for my family in these difficult times. We need your help.
