Im Rosalyn Fredeluces Falsario, and I am reaching out to you for help. My cousin, Ma. Aisza Fredeluces Martinez, 37, is courageously battling stage 4 stomach cancer.
Aisza’s journey took a challenging turn when she returned home from Dubai in April for her father's funeral. During that time, she was admitted to a hospital in the Philippines due to severe abdominal pain. Following a doctor's recommendation, she underwent a endoscopy in Dubai last month, which revealed the devastating diagnosis of stage 4 stomach cancer.
With her health rapidly declining, Aisza had no choice but to return to the Philippines, seeking the comfort and support of her family during this incredibly tough time. Being far from home while gravely ill is a challenge no one should have to face.
