Support Ajong Kuac Jor's Journey Home

Dear family, friends, and kind-hearted supporters,

As most of you may know by now, on October 1, 2024, we lost our beloved mother, Ajong Kuac Jor. She courageously battled serious health issues for a few months and was recently diagnosed with stage 4 liver cancer. In August, doctors informed us that the cancer had spread drastically, and it was too late to pursue treatment without further weakening her body. Despite Mama Ajongdit’s strength and resilience, her condition worsened, and we are now facing the heartbreaking reality of preparing for her transition.

It has been her deepest wish to be laid to rest alongside her other family members in Mading Aweil, located in our homeland of South Sudan. We are asking for your support in helping us fulfill her final request. The funds raised will go directly towards covering the cost of funeral services and flying her home so she can be buried near her loved ones.

Any amount, big or small, will help bring peace to our mother in her final days and provide closure for our family. We greatly appreciate all the love, prayers, and donations during this difficult time. Thank you for helping us honor her legacy and give her the farewell she deserves.
