I reach out to you today with a heavy heart burdened by worries and pains. Our lives before October 7th were filled with love and hope... where my parents were in good health, and we all went to work every morning, returning home after work to enjoy our dear mother's food and see her beautiful smile and warm heart. But on the morning of October 7th, our lives turned upside down... events quickly unfolded, forcing us to move from north to south, carrying nothing but our souls to survive, until we found ourselves living in tents and places that were not our lives. But the war took away everything we had, our home was destroyed and damaged... we lost our jobs and our livelihoods, and we became nomads, moving from place to place just to find safety. Unfortunately, my mother also fell severely ill due to the war, the medications she needs are unavailable, and her health deteriorates every day until she reached a difficult stage and became unable to walk, now she's in a wheelchair. We tried our best to reach out to all authorities for help to get her out for treatment abroad, but no one helped us. My family suffers from food and water shortages, and every day is a struggle to obtain food and water to stay alive. We look at what we've become, if we want to get out this place and save our mother's life, we must pay $5000 per person to save ourselves... or die while watching ourselves. Every day, I fear losing my family and living the bitterness of pain, loss, and sadness. And here I am, asking for help from the world, hoping that compassionate and generous individuals like you will come together to help me, my family, and my dear mother to get out for her treatment and start anew, with hope for a safe life. I believe in the kindness of people and their wonderful humanity, and I'm confident that together we can make a difference in my mother's and my family's lives, giving them a chance to live in safety and rebuild their lives after the destruction they've endured.
